Hyperdrive is the growth partner for precision medicine and laboratory medicine. We help biopharma, diagnostics companies and laboratories grow, so more patients get the right test and the right therapy, and research moves faster.
Kyle Dunn spent 13 years at NeoGenomics, joining among its first 100 employees and growing with the company as it scaled. In clinical sales he earned President’s Club six times, working directly with the oncologists and pathologists who order the tests.
He then built NeoGenomics’ Oncology Data Services division into a multi-eight-figure business in under three years, turning laboratory data into products for biopharma. Hyperdrive is built on that view from both sides: the lab and the ordering provider on one, biopharma on the other.
I started Hyperdrive because I knew there was a better way to make the value of laboratory and pathology data actionable: to help more patients get access to targeted therapies, and to accelerate research and development. One of the major problems still to solve in precision medicine is making sure patients are getting the right testing. We built our tools to do that.
Hyperdrive started with laboratory data: putting testing data to work after it has done its first job for the patient. That is still the foundation. Today we build on it in four ways.
For biopharma & diagnostics
HCP alerts, testing gap analytics, test adoption trends and market landscaping, built on de-identified lab testing data resolved to the ordering provider.

For biopharma, labs & biobanks
The Biospecimen Consortium, built with Boca Bio, and BioVault, the white-labeled marketplace behind Boca Bio’s BioSpecimen360.

01
We know what a pathology report contains, what an NPI does and does not tell you, and what a field team needs to act on a Monday morning. Engagements start from that fluency rather than building toward it.
02
Our products start from real-world testing data, de-identified under HIPAA Safe Harbor or by Expert Determination.
03
We build with our customers and stay on after launch. Boca Bio’s BioSpecimen360 runs under Boca Bio’s own brand, with Hyperdrive as the technology partner behind it.
04
Laboratories and biopharma both have a seat at the table, and the value we create flows back to each.
